itsuh asked: I've always had problem keeping liner stay put on my waterline, I've used pencil as well as gel liners and for a while I had been able to just set it with black shadow and it would work. But lately, nothing is working ad I've neglected using it at all, but on some looks it jus looks bad not having it. Do you know anything that may help?
